After School Club
Dear Parent/Guardian
We would like to welcome you to St Mary’s After School Club and thank you for your support.
At the After School Club, children have the opportunity to take part in a huge variety of activities that are aimed at increasing life-skills and boosting self-esteem.
The club is held within the Parent room with use of the library area, the ICT suite and the hall, as well as the surrounding play grounds.
Each day of the week is themed:
Monday – Arts & Crafts.
Tuesday – Cooking (Learn about food & ingredients, to follow a recipe & take part in cooking a range of sweet and savoury delights).
Wednesday – Fun & Games (Sports, team & traditional playground games).
Thursday – Back to Basics Board Games! (A chance for children to learn or re-discover the fun of board games, modern & traditional).
Friday – Arts & Crafts.
The club is open from 3.10pm to 5.40pm (Monday – Friday, term time). The fee for each session is currently £6.00 per child. This price includes a healthy snack and refreshments throughout the session. Bookings and payment for each session are required to be made in advance. This can be arranged through Sally or Marie at the school office.
