St Mary's C of E Primary School is looking for a teacher to join their staff team temporarily for 2 terms on a part time basis (3 days a week, days to be confirmed) starting January 2024. The post is temporary due to internal staffing reorganisation.
We are looking for someone who is:
- An outstanding teacher with a proven track record of pupil progress and closing gaps in attainment;
- Committed to upholding the school’s ethos, including the Christian distinctiveness;
- Evidence of exemplary positive behaviour management skills;
- Be a reflective and open practitioner, who will seek advice and support and be keen to embrace new ideas and practices.
We are open to applications from ECT'S and for any key stage.
This role will require you to share a class with another staff member therefore good teamwork skills are essential.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
